Printing Handouts--number option???

  • I am printing handouts with 9 slides per page. Is it possible to have the slides numbered on the printout but not in the presentation? I know you can do that by using the File, Send to, Word options, but that doesn't give me as many slides per page. I have PPT 2003. Thanks!

  • I don't think there is a way natively in PPT to get the individual slides numbered when you put more than one slide on a handout page. However, that does not mean all is lost. You want to look into:
