Just about anyone on this planet is capable of quitting smoking. I quit smoking for myself and my family. There's so many diseases out there from smoking today - it really shocked me. There are many methods of quitting out there - be aware of the chemical ones with your physician. If you have gone so far as to take the decision to quit smoking now, you have already traveled a long way on the path to recovery. By the time you quit, about 90 days after your stop date, you'll begin to notice about a 30% improvement with your lung function. You can get support in many ways: Make sure your co-workers & friends know you're gonna quit. Also let them know you would appreciate their guidance. Educate yourself on smoking - and patience is very important as well. When you quit smoking you may feel like giving up. It is not easy to do! If it was then everyone would be quit like BAM! But when you're armed with information and know it may be a rocky road ahead, it makes it that much easier to do once you put your mind to it.
Cessation/Quit it!
Unfortuntately, many many people quit a smoking cessation plan and give up too soon. The REAL quit plan starts in your mental head and THEN goes into your physical body.

Remember: patience, patience patience! Most people try to quit smoking several times before they kick the habit for good, so don�t beat yourself up if you start smoking again. You'll notice talking to others that have kicked the habit also helps tremendously.
